Tarron Estes is a Transformational Learning Consultant and Palliative Care Innovation Partner. She is available for keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, lectures, community events, and system conferences for healthcare, hospice, senior care conferences, and university programs.
She is a professional coach for individuals, families and couples and translates dreams to support attunement of spiritual values, emotional health, embodiment, life transition and completion.

Events include rich experiential learning activities, focused on giving individuals or communities opportunities to explore their own death as an intentional meditation or contemplation practice. Many of Tarron’s talks include reflective skill building exercises that make an immediate difference in the lives of caregivers and those they serve. Some of the skills Tarron brings to her audiences and students include developing the capacity to inquire and listen to the needs and heartfelt desires and wishes of those facing death, forgiveness practices, remaining at ease in the face of intense emotions, creating trusting, healing environments.
