Through her work as a nurse in hospital and hospice settings, and through facilitating psychotherapy groups in behavioral health facilities, Hannah came to realize the importance of healing at the level of the soul. She found that embracing death and impermanence with the right support allows us to live and die well. She believes that awareness of death can teach us how to live more fully and experience grace, presence and appreciation in every moment. Hannah is passionate about restoring death as a sacred rite of passage through raising awareness of conscious dying and conscious living on personal, interpersonal and transpersonal levels. Hannah teaches the Sacred Passage End of Life Doula program with the Conscious Dying Institute and brings this training into hospitals in the U.S. and internationally. She facilitates grief rituals and offers educational workshops and presentations through the Conscious Dying Institute and through her personal end of life doula work, Eternal Grace End of Life Doula Services. She is also a producer for the movie The Last Ecstatic Days. She currently lives in Key West, FL, USA.
