Sacred Space & Community
Healing Circles and Shared Presence
Circles have existed for thousands of years and go back to a time when our ancestors gathered around the fire. We believe that healing happens in relationship. Our healing circles create space for souls to gather around grief, loss, caregiving, spiritual inquiry and life transitions. These facilitated gatherings offer a compassionate container for sharing, listening, and to help people listen to their own inner voice and truth and not to be fixed by others.
Circles may focus on:
Grief and loss support
Caregiver support
Seasonal reflection
Practitioner community
Spiritual exploration
Each circle is trauma informed; guided with care, emphasizing emotional safety, confidentiality, and respect for diverse experiences. Participants are welcomed exactly as they are, with their stories, their questions, their tenderness, and their silence.
In circle, something ancient is remembered: that we are not meant to carry sorrow alone. Stories shared become medicine. Silence becomes a form of prayer. Presence itself becomes healing.
These gatherings are NOT therapy, but they are deeply therapeutic in the truest sense, offering connection, belonging, and the simple but profound experience of being witnessed with compassion.
Through sacred space and community, we remember our shared humanity and rediscover the quiet strength that arises when we walk together.
Most of these circles are held online, creating a sacred space to connect from wherever you are.
“A circle of trust is a group of people who know how to sit quietly ‘in the woods’ with each other and wait for the shy soul to show up…In such a space, we are freed to hear our own truth, touch what brings us joy, become self critical about our faults, and take risky steps toward change - knowing that we we be accepted no matter what the outcome.”
