Karen Glass is an End of Life (EOL) Coach and Doula who has cultivated her personal calling for serving others for nearly 10 years. She is certified through the Conscious Dying Institute, has a great interest in consciousness development and has an ongoing personal research and study practice of contemporary spirituality.
Her life’s work now is committed to finding unifying ways to bring religion and spirituality into communities, for the purpose of creating and sustaining value in life and death.

Karen’s EOL coaching practice specializes in one on one work with individuals seeking resolution and closure with their life. This work, known as the Best 3 Months (B3M), is a guided, personally intensive, freeing process that gives clients deep comprehensive insight into the domains of life. Through the learnings of the Conscious Dying Institute, we define the domains of life as the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and practical aspects of one’s life.

The process brings shifting compassionate awareness to how one has navigated the domains of their life and the impact and pattern development such navigation has had on them and others. The B3M process facilitates the release and healing of long held trauma and transgression. This guided process is not only for those approaching end of life, but has great value for individuals looking to resolve long held grief for both loved ones, for the loss of self or identity and through functional losses in life such as body, work and home. In moving through the process herself, Karen has come to realize its’ great value in creating empathy and compassion for the self and all aspects of life.

Karen’s Death doula practice focuses on helping individuals and their loved ones navigate the death process. She advocates and facilitates early on conversations about end of life planning and expectations that include pre-death needs and after death care.

She serves as personal companion and advocate for individuals. She connects individuals and loved ones to community professionals experienced in all aspects of the practical planning, preparation and process of transition and death. Karen guides clients and their loved ones into the process of acknowledging and creating one’s legacy. She helps individuals and groups accept, understand and move through the stages and nature of grief.

She is an experienced personal and spiritual advocate who empowers clients to view death as a conscious transition of life. She acknowledges self death, situationally, as personal choice and offers transparent dialogue about the options and considerations of this choice from all needed perspectives.

Karen has an ongoing research and study practice in the healing power of plants that facilitate end of life experience. She advocates bringing awareness for these benefits and offers services in guiding clients towards procurement and protocols of specific herbs and plant “medicines” for those interested in a conscious holistic death.

About:

In 2012 she began feeling a deeper personal accountability for herself and actions. Her growing awareness of the eco-social impact created by the work she did in the global fashion apparel industry for decades, moved her, in 2015, to create the zerøwaste life-work project in Atlanta for women in transition from the commercial sex trade and recovery from addiction.

http://www.zerowastekarenglass.com this project brought her deeper and more committed to advocacy for spiritual ecology and conscious concern for humanity.
As covid was just beginning, she moved to PA to be with family and found work giving care to a small residential community of mentally ill adults.

The growing social need for giving care to others and Karen’s personal commitment to the purpose of creating and sustaining value across all domains, has led her to the work of facilitating and advocating conscious life and death.

A pattern of her life is often to be drawn to being a part of movement greater than herself.
